Greetings!
The name of the Rhesuts' new album has been defined: "Games of Joy, Games of War".
They are finalizing the rehearsals to start the recordings. Till now they have 10 new songs with the current line-up, where they have mixed some themes like war, politics, humanity, human being etc.
If you want to check what is about to come, you can access the "media" menu for two new videos recorded at the VIII River Rock Festival 2006, showing one of the new songs (the album title). You can also check the photos of the show.

Rhestus released (not officially), at the eighth edition of the River Rock Festival, their two first demo-tapes in one CD!
For those who has interest to get the demo-tapes "Had a World" - 1996 and "Heroes of the Doomsday" - 1999 whose material was available only in demo-tapes, you can already purchase them in CD-R format with colored booklet, general information etc.
The band will be presenting the material during the River Rock Festival, where they will also play (Saturday 12/08/06 9 :00 PM). If you won't be at the festival you can order the CD at the website or by regular mailThank you.

Greetings Warriors!
As we had announced previously, we are about to finalize the composition of the songs that will be part of our second album (no title yet). We have selected 10 songs til now and we can highlight some titles as, “Trivial Pieces of Meat”, “Hate is what feel”, “Scars”, "Rage is my food, hate is my guide...!", “Cowardly Terror” and so on.
The band also plans to enter the studio in the middle of the second semester (August and September), without any forecast to finalize the album, cause it's going to be produced in an independent way, or we better say, with our own resources.
We also would like to use this moment to thank all the people that voted on Rhestus to play at the BMU 2006, even if we are a little bit away from the scenery and without our knowledge we passed up to 2nd phase of the competition. To all the ones that voted in Rhestus: Thank you very much.

Hello Friends, Metal Boys and Girls!
Rhestus is back with the activities of the website and along with this, some news and changes will come for 2006. For the ones that think and thought the band was over, we have the pleasure to inform that you made a big mistake, cause here we are again to hit your ears with news and metal information on this year that mark our 13th year of existence.
The first new is that we've changed our host to the company “Gandra Soluções” (www.gandra.com.br), specialized in the branch of sites hosting and others.
With that, we'll be, from now on, working and up-dating the the website faster, also improving the lay out and everything else.
Another new is that we are in composition process, rehearsing some songs that will be part of our second album, that (no false modesty) will sound at least in the same line as the first one.
Our guestbook is available again. After some problems we had it is already possible to insert new messages and notes.
Check also our Media section, with some other songs from the album and new pics.
On this very first moment we would like to thank all the ones who support us and supported during our metal life and we also wish to meet you in this new crusade. Thank you and cheers for the ones who drinks with us!!! |
